Ben & Adam attempt to see some of the silver lining in the fact that we all have to stay in our homes for the next several weeks. What does this allow us to do? How do we steward this time well? What the heck is the actual best recipe for popcorn? These questions are discussed, and Adam's popcorn recipe is below.
For best popcorn:
1/2 cup popcorn (yellow or white)
3 tablespoons refined coconut oil
fine ground sea salt
Place both in pot/jiffypop at the same time and cook on high. Keep kernels in motion until they begin to pop. Pour into bowl, salt moderately, shake bowl to disperse salt, then re-apply moderate layer of salt a second time. Enjoy.
